Centrally located in Aurora, Prisco Community Center includes large community rooms, classrooms, and a gymnasium available for reservation. The three community rooms can be combined to accommodate large groups and features a kitchen and performance stage. Accommodates up to 500. Please view our FAQs below to answers to common questions.

Reservation FAQs:
Can I book my room online?
The rooms can only be reserved in person with the rental request form filled out and submitted to our guest services staff.
What is the minimum time the rooms can be booked?
The minimum rental time is three hours.
What hours can the rooms be rented?
Rental hours begin at 8 a.m. and must be completed by 9 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Does the deposit go towards the total rental cost?
No, the deposit is a separate charge that does not go toward the price of the room. The deposit is refunded back to you if there are no violations of the signed rental agreement.
How much must be paid in order to reserve the room?
Only a deposit is required to have the room reserved. Rooms will not be set aside without a deposit.
How soon before my event does the rental fee need to be paid?
The rental fee must be fully paid two weeks prior to the event.
What happens if I must cancel my event?
We require two weeks’ notice of any change or cancellation. Two weeks or less may result in forfeiture of the deposit and fees.
What is required if I have a caterer or other vendor?
We must have liability insurance on file purchased by the vendor with Prisco Community Center as the certificate holder. The vendor’s business name must be listed as the purchaser. If you book through one of our registered vendors, we do not require proof of insurance. View our registered vendors.
How do I receive my returned deposit?
Your deposit is returned in the same mode that you paid. Cash deposits are returned by check and sent via USPS. Credit card refunds are processed on Thursdays and take a further 5-10 business days to be deposited into your account.
