Vaughan Athletic Center offers 225,000 square feet of athletic, fitness and aquatic fun. Dedicated to fitness excellence with quality amenities and programs, Vaughan Athletic Center offers visitors:

  • Fox Fitness: Offers more than 200 pieces of state-of-the art equipment, three group exercise studios, certified personal trainers.
  • Vaughan Aquatic Center: Features three separate aquatic areas including a water park complete with slides and interactive water play elements, an eight-lane lap pool and a warm-water therapy pool
  • Vaughan Tennis Center: Provides nine indoor courts for competitive and social players, private instruction and court times
  • Vaughan Junior Tennis Academy: Teaching young players the sport of a lifetime.
  • Vaughan Field House: A four-court multi-use space for leagues, programs and open gym with batting cages and event reservations available
  • Indoor Tracks: 1/6-mile upper-level track for running, jogging and walking and a 1/8-mile lower-level track for walking
  • Indoor Playhouse: 4,000 square feet play space with two stories of fun mazes, punching bags, spiral slides and more for ages 3 to 11
  • Child Care: A babysitting service is available to parents who are utilizing the facility

    Lap Pool

    Lap Swim (Ages 12 & up) Swimmers may have to share lap lanes as they are not for private use.
    Monday to Thursday: 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. & 4:30 to 9 p.m.
    Friday: 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    Saturday: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    Sunday: 7 to 11 a.m.

    Family Friendly Lap Swim (5 & up):

    Saturday: 2:30-4:30 p.m.
    The first two lanes will be reserved for younger swimmers to practice swim skills. Lap swim must be continuous throughout the lanes.

    Therapy Pool

    (Adults only)
    Monday to Thursday: 5 to 9 a.m., noon to 2 p.m. & 7 to 9 p.m.
    Friday: 5 to 9 a.m. & noon to 2 p.m.
    Friday (Lap Swim): 5 to 9 a.m. (One lap lane available for guests to move continuously throughout.)

    Full-service Locker Room

    An upgrade can be added to any pass to utilize the full-service locker rooms. Available to All-Inclusive Pass holders ages 18 and up for $10 per month and to Fitness and Aquatics Pass holders for $20 per month.

    Child Care

    Child care room will close beginning Aug. 15 and re-open Aug. 19 with a modified schedule and room locations.

    Parents must remain in the facility while their children are using child care services.

    Reservations

    The Vaughan Athletic Center is a perfect location for sports tournaments and special events. The Field House offers 41,000 square feet of event space. The Aquatic Center and Tennis Center also are available for reservation to groups.

    Birthday Parties

    The Vaughan Athletic Center is a premiere pool party location! All Vaughan birthday party packages include two hours in the party room, a party attendant for set-up and clean-up, pizza and beverages, paper products, tableware, and balloons.

    Indoor Track Guidelines

    For your safety and enjoyment:

    • Children under the age of 11 are not permitted to use the track(s) unless participating in a program authorized by the center
    • Members and guests 11-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A parent and/or guardian must be present to sign a waiver when purchasing a daily pass
    • Members and guests 16 years of age and older are allowed to purchase a daily track pass and use the track(s) without an adult present
    • Strollers are allowed on the lower track only. If the field house is rented, the track may be unavailable. Calling ahead is advisable.
